The project MY EARTH aims to establish a network of study visits, job shadowing and youth exchanges between three European and three Latin American partners to promote social entrepreneurship and the circular economy, in ecotourism and sport. Technical and quality training will be offered to young workers to improve their skills and job opportunities. The objective is to develop a platform for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and to promote their mobility and employability in the field of youth animation in a sustainable way.
